Terms of Service
Last updated: June 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VoxTrad. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Agreement
If you use VoxTrad on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
The service
VoxTrad is a software service that streams live speech through real-time audio rooms, transcribes and translates it using AI, and delivers captions and audio to listeners. Features vary by subscription plan as described on our pricing page and in your dashboard.
Accounts
Organizers must register with a valid email address and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring listeners and staff use join links appropriately.
Acceptable use
You may not use VoxTrad for unlawful content, to harass others, to attempt unauthorized access, or to abuse API endpoints or rate limits. You must have rights to stream and translate the speech you broadcast.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and include a quota of live broadcast minutes. Usage beyond included minutes may be billed as metered overage on paid tiers. The Free plan has a hard monthly cap with no overage billing.
Enterprise plans are arranged via sales contact. Prices and limits are subject to change with notice; active subscriptions use the limits snapshotted at subscribe time where applicable.
Intellectual property
VoxTrad and its branding, software, and documentation remain our property or our licensors'. You retain ownership of your event content. You grant us a limited license to process audio and text solely to provide the service.
Translation disclaimer
Live translation is provided by automated systems and may contain errors or delays. VoxTrad does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for legal, medical, or safety-critical use. You are responsible for how translations are presented to your audience.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxTrad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Except where mandatory local law applies, these Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
